Dr. Susan Baloul serves as a Board Director of TheBrightPath Foundation, bringing a unique combination of clinical expertise and executive leadership across healthcare operations, strategy, and growth.

A dual-trained specialist in Orthodontics and Periodontics, Dr. Baloul has built and scaled a multi-location dental practice, driving sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient outcomes. As a founder and operator, she has led acquisitions and post-merger integrations, implemented KPI-driven systems, and improved performance through thoughtful, data-informed decision-making.

She holds a Doctor of Science degree (DScD), reflecting a strong foundation in research and evidence-based care. In addition to her clinical and operational leadership, Dr. Baloul has experience in healthcare consulting and strategy, including work on a Novartis-led project focused on identifying global partnership and acquisition opportunities. Her work reflects a strong commitment to innovation, performance improvement, and advancing how care is delivered.

She was selected to serve on the Board for her ability to bridge clinical insight with business strategy, while bringing a forward-thinking perspective to wellness, prevention, and community impact. She believes in empowering individuals to take control of their health by focusing on prevention and addressing disease before it develops.

As a Board Director, Dr. Baloul supports TheBrightPath Foundation�s mission by contributing strategic guidance on program development, growth, and long-term impact. She previously served on the Board of the Junior League of Boston.
