Dr. Cris Dervin Fedalizo, PT, DPT, OCS, CMTPT/DN, is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and men’s pelvic health specialist serving as the Pelvic Floor Clinical Advisor for The BrightPath Foundation. He is the founder of Artizo LLC, a Northern Virginia-based private and mobile physical therapy practice focused on helping men restore pelvic health, functional movement, confidence, and quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitation and personalized care.
Recognized as one of the few male providers specializing in men’s pelvic floor health, Dr. Fedalizo has developed a strong reputation for supporting individuals recovering from prostate cancer treatment, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic dysfunction, and performance-related movement limitations.
