Christine Shan is the Board Director, Strategic Growth & Operations at TheBrightPath Foundation, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and oversees the integration of grant development, marketing, and operational management.

A graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a concentration in Marketing, she is responsible for shaping TheBrightPath’s brand presence across digital platforms, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives, while managing operational workflows to ensure programmatic efficiency. This includes developing content strategies, managing website and social media messaging, supporting program promotion for Tier 1 clinics and events, and ensuring consistent, mission-aligned storytelling across all channels.

Christine Shan also designs and executes targeted campaigns that translate complex health and wellness concepts into clear, actionable messaging—empowering men to improve their health through physical activity and nutrition. By aligning operational efficiency with strategic marketing and grant narratives, she strengthens TheBrightPath’s visibility, credibility, and overall impact.
